Consequences

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of earned commissions, and potential legal action. We reserve the right to investigate and report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.

8. Commissions & Compensation

9. Termination

10. Liability

Liability Limitations

No Limitation: Liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or death cannot be limited under German law.

Limited Liability: For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract, up to the annual service fees paid.

Force Majeure: No liability for events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures of third-party services (Google Analytics, payment processors).

Service Availability
